She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ivy and Ida Lacey Ivy; and her siblings, Pete Ivy, Lewis Ivy, Martha Ivy, Marietta Grant, Anna Mae Provitt, Florence Parker and Carol Brightwell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hershel Ivy of North Carolina, Stanhouse Ivy of North Carolina and Emily Burke of Youngstown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
