Sr. Willingham and Mary Thomas Willingham; his wife Karen Williams; his stepdaughter Shemen Polk (Carnard) of Corona, CA; his grandchildren, Khyree Dodson of Corona, CA and Lonnie Wade of Barcelona, Spain; his sister Tracy Willingham of Girard, OH; his uncle Willie Thomas (Ruby) of Nesbit, Mississippi; and his close friends, Jerron Jenkins, Dale Ward and Clyde Stevenson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
