She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Berisky and Anne V. Berisky (Barosky); her husband Thomas Donaldson; her son Stephen Kukus; and her siblings, Pauline Domingo, John Berisky, Daniel Porter, Nancy Dorus and Michele Coon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Marie Root of Niles and Jen Laury (Matt) of Howland Twp; her grandchildren, Alexis, Sara, Amanda, Emily, Brian and Dominic; and her sister Mary Ann Klingensmith of Masury. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
