She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hornyak and Gaydelle Hornyak. She is survived by: her brothers, Richard (Dawn) and Todd Hornyak (Lisa); her nephews, Casey (Lauren Scheanwald), Cory (Krissy) and Michael Hornyak; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon, Garrett and Giana Hornyak.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Maumee Elks (139 W Wayne St, Maumee, OH 43537).
