With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy J Trail of Maumee, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dorothy left this world on June 7, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Dorothy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Dorothy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Franklin and Emma Margaret Mathews (Jenson); her former husband Earl E Trail; and her children, Mark Trail and Susan Trail.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Ralph (Walter), Earlene Billings (Eugene), Debra Trail and Cathy Hammack (Roger). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home (3453 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
