He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Frank Rutkowski and Anna Rutkowski (Ekstowicz); his wife Joanne; his children, Julia Thomas (James), Lori Heintschel (Jeff Lehmann) and Steven Rutkowski (Susan); and his great grandchildren, Logan, Lydia Horstman and Aiden Horstman.
