He is survived by: his sister Ramona Koetke (Chris); his sons, Ernest Hall II, Fred Hall and Sean Koepplinger (Lillian); his grandchildren, Timmothy James Koepplinger (Ariall), KayLynne Koepplinger (Cole), Amanda Bocanegra, Rachel Pelley and Victoria Bocanegra; and his great grandchildren, Anthony, Easton and Melody. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
