He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Uscilowski (Markowiak) and Sigmund "Ziggy" Uscilowski; and his children, Allen, Mary and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his son Mark Uscilowski (Diane); his granddaughters, Kayla West (Ben), Cassidy Uscilowski and Lexi Uscilowski; and his great grandchild Calvin West.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church (4201 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614).
