She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet Webb (Roy) and John McNally; her husband Clarence R. Theriac; the father of her children Jimmy G. Penn; and her half-brother Kevin McNally.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Penn and Sherry Flahiff (Michael); her stepdaughters, Deanna Price (Robbie) and Heather Barringer (Josh Davis); her grandchildren, Thomas McGovern (Starr), Nicole Ross (Randy), Alyssa, Bailey, Caitlyn Price and Adeline Flahiff; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Blaine, Brayden, Eva, Ayden and Jasper; her siblings, Andrea Greenwood (Joe), Teddi Vaughan (Mark) and Barry McNally (Margaret); and her half-sister Elaine Jennings.
