He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Lance and Sarah Davidson (Norma). He is survived by : his wife Norma; his children, Jeff Davidson (Michele), Randy Davidson (Christine), Lisa Ness (Dave) and Shelly Oberneder (Tony); his grandchildren, Josh (Jaime), Michael (Kelly), Joel (Jenny), Jordan, Nick (Mari), Elliott (Heather), Megan (Ben) and Evan; and his sister-in-law Sue Schoettley. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
