He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dalton and Elizabeth Dalton (King); and his siblings, Al Dalton, Paulette Shamy and Rick Dalton.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Dalton; his children, Carrie Pott and Jason Dalton (Brooke); his grandchildren, Matthew Dalton (Hannah), Taylor Carlozzi, Andrew Carlozzi and Joshua Dalton; and his great grandchild Benjamin Dalton.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospitals or the Alzheimer's Association in Jerry's memory.
