She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rosemary Stevers (Lewis) and Ned A. Dye (Regina); her father-in-law William Scarbrough; and her brother-in-law Stephen Scarbrough. She is survived by: her parents, Rosalie Dye (Vass) and Ned S. Dye; her husband Martin Scarbrough; her children, Marcus, Zackary (Kyle) and Jessica (Cote); her grandson Walter; her mother-in-law Joyce Scarbrough; her close friends, Terri, Sonia, John and Roland; and her pets, Jaxson, Gracie, Blue, Tony and Stormy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Little Blessings Veteran Outreach, a cause close to Jill's heart.
