He is survived by: his son Bill Willard (Nikki); his grandsons, Bowden and Beckett; his siblings, Leslie Skidmore (Phil), Joe Willard and Michael Willard; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Christopher, Kaylee and Stephanie.
