She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Dora and Van Dora (Clark); her husband Lewis Kelly; and her stepmother Kathryn Eakin. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald S. "Sunny" Eakin (Jan), Pat Shih and Carolyn Nichols (Rodney); and her nephew Rev. Glen. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; as well as other family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (2698 Broadway Ave NE, Louisville, OH 44641).
