She was predeceased by: her father Robert Brancovsky; and her in-laws, Phillip and Irene Ely. She is survived by: her mother Stella Brancovsky (Petralia); her husband Richard Ely; her siblings, William Brancovsky (Annamarie), Robert Brancovsky (Lorrie), Mary Farone (Richard) and John Brancovsky; her in-laws, Ronald Ely (Debbie), Raymond Ely (Lorrie), Robert Ely (Barbara) and Rodney Ely (Renee); and her friend Parker. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, and 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve or Lake Humane Society.
