He is survived by: his sons, Henry Jr. "Rick" (Pat) and Michael (Debbie); his grandchildren, Anthony "AJ" (Amanda) and Cameron; his great grandchild Lucy; and his sister Mary Ann Mazzolini (Tony).

“Henry and my husband Ken Carnevale were in the browns 40 club together. What a wonderful caring man! We sure did have lots of fun with all the “Browns 40 club” events! I sure hope he and Kenny get to watch some football together! Kenny passed September of 2010. My condolences and prayers to you all! Silvana Carnevale”
