He is survived by: his wife Mable; his children, Jaclynn Horwath (Michael), Derek Carwardine (Katie) and Jack Jr. Horwath; and his siblings, Marlene Beaver (late Glenn) and Robert Horwath (Anne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
