She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Mizel Goldstein and Ben Goldstein; and her sister Joan Miller. She is survived by: her children, Mark Schindler (Angela Shen-Hsieh), Jill Frumer and Paul Schindler (Marnie); her grandchildren, Alexa Bruno (Andrew), Daniel Schindler, Lindsay Frumer, Zachary "Milo" Schindler, Mallory Schindler and Nicole Schindler; and her great grandchild Madison "Maddie" Bruno. She is also survived by three nephews, numerous cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association http://www.heart.org.
