He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Goletz and Cecelia Stachyra Goletz; his brother Frank Goletz (Marianne); and his nephew Rick "Bubba" Goletz. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Lippian Goletz; his sons, Joe of Maynard, Stephen of Maynard, Matthew of Maynard and Andrew of Maynard; and his sister Jean Kanoski (Dick) of Columbus, Ohio.
