She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Witczak and Ulah Witczak (Francis); her husband Dennis Joseph Periat; her sister Mary Jane Lubinski; her uncle Frank; and her aunt Eleanor Kruse.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Periat (Heather) and Tony Periat; and her pet Inki. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
