He is survived by: his wife Maxine Perry Smith; his children, Mary Betts and Carl Allen "Bub" Smith, Jr. (Bobbie Jo); his nephew Jamie Smith; his grandchildren, Nathan Betts (Rachel), Garrett Betts (Jenny), Skylar Betts (Joe Swaim), JP Jamison, Blake McCathern (Katie Clowes) and Kylie Smith; his great grandchildren, Katie, Emmett, Maverick, Jase, Luke, Zander and Maddyn; and his siblings, Jerry Coombs, Albert Smith and Regena Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
