With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eldred Jay Hale of McArthur, Ohio, who passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Hale and Pearlia Hale (Shepherd); and his siblings, Elsie Hutchison and Johnny Hale. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hale (Warrens) of McArthur, Ohio; his sons, Cameron Hale (Courtney) of McArthur, Ohio and Chad Hale (Tresa) of McArthur, Ohio; his grandchildren, Maranda Lawhead (Levi) of Wellston, Xan Hale (Matt) of Columbus and Colton Hale (Callie) of McArthur, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Addylon Lawhead, Cash Hale and Carter Hale; his siblings, Judy Doles, Wilbur Hale, Cynthia Jenkins, Sandy Jenkins and Nora Dixon; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Graves, Myrna Flaker, Barbara Brown and Charlotte Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
