He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Eugene and Martha Jane Perry (Waldron); his son Timothy Ryan Perry; and his brothers, Ronald Perry, Jr. and Marshall Wayne Perry.

He is survived by : his sons, Evan Daniel Perry, Jr. and Clinton J. Perry; his grandchildren, Danielle, Evan Daniel, III, Haley, Timothy Ryan, Jr., Madison, Mason and Maddix; and his siblings, Greg, Mark Perry and Brenda Perry.
