He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reffitt and Hazel Reffitt Ousley (Ousley); his brothers, Miley Reffitt and Amos; his sister-in-law Myrtle Reffitt; his sister Jenetta Sue Boyer; and his stepfather Chester Ousley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Loretta Martin (Jim), Arnold Shorty Reffitt and Herbert Reffitt (Janice); and his cousin Henry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home (201 W High St, McArthur, OH 45651). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Garrett Cardaras Funeral Home (201 W High St, McArthur, OH 45651). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the Elk Cemetery (32121 OH-93, McArthur, OH 45651).
