She was predeceased by: her father Billy J. Woollet; her niece Kasey; and her nephew Beau. She is survived by: her mother Connie D. Hewitt Woollet; her siblings, Bart Woollet (Christa) of Canada, Amber Lambert (David) of McArthur, Derra Woollet (Chad Colley) of Zaleski, Brett Woollet of Gallipolis and Callie Swick (Shawn) of McArthur; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Kelley, Jacey, Kyle, Shylaya, Abigayle, Weston, Zane, Bree, Ava, Zeke, Zacc, Kaiden, Kaisen and Kashton "Hunnies".
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Holly Woollet to the Vinton County Dog Pound, 31479 State Route 93, McArthur, Ohio 45651.
