She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Waulk and Margaret E. Vititoe Exline; her siblings, James Waulk, William Exline and Myria Bowman; Patrick Conlin.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard P. Stevens, Jr. (Belinda) of Covington and Timothy D. Stevens of Hallsville; her grandsons, Nicholas Stevens of Louisiana, Nash Stevens of Louisiana, Timothy Stevens of Mississippi and Noah Stevens of Mississippi; and her siblings, Rev. Richard Lee Vititoe (Marlene "Cookie") of Chillicothe, Jerri McCoy of McArthur and Cathy Henry (Larry) of New Carlisle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including special niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Jannie's memory be given to the Jackson County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1, Jackson, Ohio 45640.
