He was predeceased by: his parents, Arther "Art" Hammond and Catherine Hackney Hammond. He is survived by: his children, Mackenzie and Cole Hammond of McArthur; his stepchildren, Avery Peters, CJ Graham and Lethan Graham; his siblings, Arther Hammond Jr. (Kimmie) of Hebron, Kentucky, Dianna Berry of The Plains, Amy Ward (Dustin) of McArthur and Jennifer Wells (John) of Wilkesville; and his siblings' children, Allison Berry, Nathan Hammond, Griffin Hammond, Katherine Hammond, Kelsey Ervin (Timmy), Logan Ward (Bryanna), Jacob Wells, Jarrett Wells and Jessica Wells.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Jeffrey Hammond Memorial Fund at the Vinton County National Bank, 203 W. Main St., McArthur, Ohio 45651.
