He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Partee and Zella Partee (Sowers); his brother Melvin; and his sisters-in-law, Janie Partee and Marilyn Partee.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Partee (Mason); his daughter Joy Ferguson (David) of McArthur; his grandchildren, Kristin Hanson of Ft. Walton and Kyle Ferguson (Carly) of Wellston; his great grandchildren, Grant Ferguson and Holden Ferguson; and his brother Larry Partee of Chillicothe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
