She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sowers and Hazel Barnett Sowers; her son William Bruce Cecil; her grandson Chad McKinniss; and her sister Darlene Seitz.
She is survived by: her children, Earl L. Cecil Jr. of McArthur and Pam McKinniss (Brian) of Wellston; her grandchildren, Keith McKinniss (Lisa), Stacy Collins, Julie Bowser (Scott) and Ashley South (Rich); and her sisters, Shelby Thacker of Hamden, Maxine Haddox of Circleville and Mary Sowers. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
