He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Smith and Phyllis Smith; and his brother Patrick Smith. He is survived by: his children, Leif Smith and Per Smith; his sisters, Nancy Cartwright and Carolyn Hatmaker; and his grandchildren, Cohen Smith, Rykir Smith and Quentin Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640).
