He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodolfo Pena, Sr. and Juanita Diaz Pena. He is survived by: his wife Tammy K. Maynard Pena; his daughters, Melissa Pena, Monica Pena, Nina Pena (Brooks) and Jena Rey Pena; his grandchildren, Braylon Damron, Kendall Rey Damron and Kayden Gallis; his siblings, Rodolfo "Rudy" Pena (Margo), Rene Pena (Imelda), Jamie Pena (Melissa) and Melly McNeal (Kim); and his siblings' children, Brandon McNeal, Breanna Peterson, Elizabeth Maynard, Christopher Maynard, Michelle Blackwell, Rocky Pena, Isabella Pena, Carlos Pena and Little Rudy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
