She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Whitman and Thelma Whitman (Berres); her husband Dale Mercer; and her brother Cyrus Whitman Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Wendy Lane and Michael Mercer (Barb); her grandchildren, Dustin Cress (Stacey), Cody Cress (Hannah), Brandon Mercer, Blake Burk, John Rice (Angela) and Brenda Rice (Kent Kuesel); and her sister Carol Brister (Ray). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
