Jensen, Cristine Jensen, Rebecca Jensen, Arianna Bittinger, Christian Bittinger, Tyler Johnston and Allison Johnston; and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Piper, Kathleen and Gabe.

Memorial contributions may be made to Elara Caring Hospice.
