He is survived by : his siblings, Walter, Sandy, Rick, Janet and Lisa; his wife Carolyn Hackworth; his stepchildren, Tammy Taylor (Jeff) of Malinta and Jeremy Treen (Nicole) of Grand Rapids; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashlynn, Brennyn, Keaton and Maevyn.
