With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Behnfeldt of McClure, Ohio, who passed away on April 19, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rowland and Mildred Rowland (Anthony); her husband Walter Behnfeldt; and her siblings, Bob Rowland (Sarah) and June Heckler (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Scott Behnfeldt and Sue Shepard (Tim); her granddaughters, Katie Shepard, Emily Johnston (Brandon) and Olivia Behnfeldt; her great grandchildren, Karlie, Ellie, Aubree, Liliana and Kastin; and her daughter-in-law Pat Behnfeldt.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Henry County Humane Society, or Henry County Hospital Foundation.
