He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ensign and Helen Ensign (Inbody); and his parents-in-law, Lowell and Lillian Troutner. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ensign (Troutner); his children, Keith Ensign (Renee) and Jill Warren (Tom); his granddaughters, Sarah Ensign (Austin Bolander), Chloe Heidlebaugh (Brayden Stoner) and Lexis Heidlebaugh (Joseph Tardibuono); and his cousin Margaret Morrison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the McComb First Presbyterian Church (100 S Church St, McComb, OH 45858). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (100 S Church St, McComb, OH 45858).
