He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray O. Blubaugh and Twila M. Blubaugh (Shaulis); and his brother Leon Blubaugh. He is survived by: his daughters, Catrina M. Blubaugh-Wells of McComb and Angela R. Jaapie (Boersma) of Lima; and his siblings, Wayne Blubaugh (Evelyn) of Albuquerque, NM, Lloyd Blubaugh of Ft and Zola Dulle of Columbus Grove.
