He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Arrington and Mary Arrington (Altman); his daughter Shevell Arrington; and his brother David Arrington. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Basinger; his son Scott D. Arrington (Angela S.); his grandchildren, Cody R. Arrington and Ashley M. Arrington; and his sisters, Sandra Berger, Linda Smith and Madeline Leaf.
