He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Frederick and Blanche Frederick (Charles); his daughter Kimberly Frederick; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh Mayle and Dontel Mayle.
He is survived by: his children, Bert Frederick Jr. (Tiffany) of McConnelsville, Ashley Frederick (Robby Mayle) of Stockport, Anna Hougland of Hamden and Ava Hougland of McArthur; and his sister Ivy Downard. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
