It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Bailey (McConnelsville, Ohio), who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Bailey and Carolina "Linna" Smith; his wife Carol Hicks Bailey; his stepson Ronald Boggs; his siblings, Willard Bailey, Juanita Bell and Wanda Owens; his granddaughters, Carrie Baldwin, Amber and Amanda Bailey; and his stepgrandson Ryan Horner.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Bailey (Denise) of Columbus and John Bailey (Lori) of Columbus; his stepson Randy Boggs (Susie) of Stockport; his daughter Sandy Baldwin of McConnelsville; and his brothers, Millard Bailey of Salyersville and Dillard Bailey of Columbus. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
