Daniel A. Drake Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel A. Drake of McConnelsville, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Daniel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Daniel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Allison; his child Dalaney Alyse; his siblings, Dave of Malta, OH and Debbie of Tampa, FL; his parents, Ted Drake and Betty Drake; his father-in-law Robert Gheen; and his grandparents, Bresock and Grandpa Drake (Grandma Drake). He was also cherished by Aunts and Uncles, and his two boys that are now with their father.
In lieu of flowers, Dan would want friends, family, and colleagues, to help with Dalaney, where he no longer can. In his memory, a Go-Fund-Me account has been created to add ease and comfort to her college experience.
