He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Roe and Francis Strauss Roe; his wife Paula Birch Roe; and his siblings, Kenny Roe and Linda Palmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joy Sturgill of Parkersburg, Diana Sinclair of Bellefontaine and Debbie Grodhaus of Stockport; and his sister Mary Lou Anderson of New Holland. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
