He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Smith and Florence Brown Smith; and his siblings, Carol Smith and Marty Joe Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Hill, Debbie Smith, Cathy Robinson, Donald Smith, Richard "Dick" Smith, Gary Smith, Bill Smith and Jeff Smith; and his uncles, Eugene Smith and Bill Brown. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
