He is survived by: his children, Pam Burnside Bohn of Daytona, Rick Burnside of Malta and Randall Burnside of McConnelsville; and his siblings, Lorena Hall, Denise Lemon (Roy), Lisa Ware (Rusty), Charles Samples (Joyce), Mitchell Samples (Donna) and Keith Samples (Sue). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
