She is survived by: her husband Richard Lewis; her daughters, Teresa Powell (Rick), Christina Henry (BJ) and Jennifer Essman (Jerod); her sister Wanda Evans; and her grandchildren, Cade Powell, Alexis Miller, Larrin Essman, Carson Powell, Brayden Lewis, Jacob Henry and Haley Henry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
