He is survived by: his sons, Jesse Benton Smith of McDermott, William Timothy Smith of Pond Creek, Harry Gale Smith of Pond Creek and Martin Edwin Smith (Tammie) of Pond Creek; his grandchildren, Kyla Hissong (Jason), Brandy Crabtree (Dacion), Brooke Morgan (Levi), Harry Smith III, Ryan Smith, Jared Smith, Zachary Smith and Martin Smith II; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Nicholas, Eli, Lilly and Lincoln; and his brothers, Gary Smith (Vicki) of Utah and Dwayne Smith (Karen) of Rarden Creek.
