He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Powell (Rick), Christina Henry (BJ) and Jennifer Essman (Jerod); his brothers, Ben Lewis and Michael Lewis (Debbie); his sister-in-law Lana Lewis; and his grandchildren, Cade Powell, Alexis Miller, Larrin Essman, Carson Powell, Brayden Lewis, Jacob Henry and Haley Henry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
