He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Sparks Lewis; his wife Carol Twaddle Lewis; his brother Ronald Lewis; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Powell (Rick), Christina Henry (BJ) and Jennifer Essman (Jerod); his brothers, Ben Lewis and Michael Lewis (Debbie); his sister-in-law Lana Lewis; and his grandchildren, Cade Powell, Alexis Miller, Larrin Essman, Carson Powell, Brayden Lewis, Jacob Henry and Haley Henry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
