He is survived by: his wife Barbara Barber Phillips; his sister Dru Elaine Phillips of Corpus Christi; his son Rick Phillips (Lois); his grandchildren, Tyson, Kyle Phillips (Drew), Drew Piatt, Michael Webster (Christy), Joel Webster (Rhonda) and Mandi Barnett (Bobby); his great grandchildren, Tori Queen (Tanner), Cameron, Creed, Myles, Sophie, Ian Phillips, Hannah, Natalie, Makenna Webster, Sloan, Isaiah and TJ Piatt; and his sister-in-law Debbie Barber (CJ Piatt).

The family's favorite charity is SOMC Hospice.
