With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Marie Cook of McDermott, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Paul Lebham Cook; her brother David E. Cook; and her granddaughter Betty J. Eldridge. She is survived by : her mother Shirley Ann Queen Cook; her children, Paul Warren Cooley, Destiny Marie Cook, Tonya Marie Cook and Faith Marie Cooley; her siblings, Paul E. Cook, Harold W. Cook, Mark A. Cook, Beverly A. Hiles and Kimberly S. Fulk; and her granddaughters, Candice F. Eldridge and Keara L. Eldridge.
