She is survived by: her sister Karen Chase (John); her niece Samantha; her nephews, Jake and Zane; her aunt Marilyn; her uncle Thomas Slater; her cousins, Thomas Slater (Stacy) and Shari Ennis (Alex); and her extended family, Jamie Van Meter (Danny), William, Preston and Madison.
